Organic Chamomile

$6.00

Matricaria chamomilla

Approx. 2 dry oz

Organic ingredients: Dried Chamomile

Suggested Use: Add anywhere from a tsp to a Tbsp ((I prefer a Tbsp) of this beautiful loose-leaf tea to your teapot, pour boiling water over, and steep covered for at least 15 minutes or longer for a stronger infusion.

Chamomile is one of my go-to before bed teas or when I’m feeling a bit antsy and want to bring my energy down a level or two. A shorter steep will yield a lighter, sweeter tea, while a heavier scoop and longer steep will bring out chamomile’s bitter properties. Chamomile is well known as a sleepy time tea, but did you know this herb is also great for your digestion and stomach? For those who struggle with nervous digestion or more serious digestion issues, chamomile may be a helpful friend to call on.

Plant lady hack: Your chamomile tea has tons of seeds in it! Sprinkle some over wet soil and try growing your own!*
